made from Sangiovese grown organically and hand-harvested from vineyards influenced by the cooling Apennine winds. On the palate, it’s smooth and structured with polished tannins, refreshing acidity, and notes of raspberry, plum, and just a touch of spice. Balanced, clean, and juicy to the end. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 20 days and aged for 6 months in steel, followed by a short bottle rest before release. Fantastic with classic Italian antipasti, Bolognese, sausage ragu, grilled meats, or pecorino cheese. Also great with that cold leftover meatball sandwich you forgot in the fridge. an under-the-radar Tuscan red that's a sleeper hit from the hills of Riparbella on the northern Maremma coast. A blend of Sangiovese Piccolo and Cabernet, it brings the best of both worlds: the brightness and tang of Tuscany with the grip and spice of Bordeaux. For a young wine, it’s got surprising poise; soft, structured, and super easy to love. Aromas of sour cherry, plum, violets, and a whisper of spice. Harvested by hand. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 12 months in large oak barrels, then bottle-aged for 6 months before release. The palate is fresh and smooth with fine tannins, juicy red fruit, and a clean, subtly herbal finish. Balanced and breezy, with just enough grip to hold its own at the table.
