Charlie’s Burgers started in 2009 as a series of private dining events, each event hosted by a different high-profile chef. CB has collaborated with chefs recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, The Michelin Guide and Relais & Chateaux. In 2010, CB was ranked by Food & Wine Magazine as number 3 on its list of “100 Best New Food and Drink Experiences in the World”. Our passion for culinary arts was also the reason that we at Charlie’s Burgers planted the seed and started the project to bring the Michelin Guide to Toronto and Canada many years ago.

The CB Wine Program is the true definition of vineyard to table. We have personal relationships with all of our worldwide wine producers. We source and import all wines ourselves, exclusively for our members. These wines are not available in any store. Every step of the process is done by us, in house.
