Moliterno al Tartufo 18 Month Aged Truffle Pecorino 150g wedge

An 18-month aged Sardinian Pecorino with addition of black truffle paste veins. Rich and savoury, Pecorino's distinct saltiness is the perfect match for earthy black truffles.

Pairs well with a glass of Testarossa Riserva DOC 2022 (plush texture matches the cheese’s richness), or Barbaresco Nubiola DOCG 2020 (fine tannins don’t crush the truffle nuance).

This 150g wedge of cheese is vacuum-sealed.
