Klatbach Cave 2 Year Aged Gruyere 200g wedge

A premium cave aged Swiss Gruyere aged in sandstone caves of Kaltbach, Switzerland. Nutty, intense and fruity. Aged 2 years.

Pairs well with a glass of Barbaresco Nubiola DOCG 2020 (nebbiolo’s tar + rose + dried cherry profile mirrors the cheese’s aged intensity), or Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2023 (bright Sangiovese acidity lifts the richness).

This 200g wedge of cheese is vacuum-sealed.
