MYO, a project born from the meeting of Argentine winemaker Germán Mulet and former Belgian professional judo martial artist Anne-Sophie Jura. Coming from very different backgrounds, they found common ground in values of discipline, patience, and authenticity. Their philosophy is refreshingly simple: less noise, more precision, just wine. Through a minimalist approach that places balance and purity above all else, MYO demonstrates that Bordeaux remains a region capable of innovation while remaining firmly connected to its foundations.
