Respecting what nature offers them, they cultivate according to tradition with sapling vines. They do not irrigate, following the rhythms of nature, letting the vines find their own balance. They have always kept the sacredness of the harvest unchanged. Grapes are collected by hand with the rituality of a gesture handed down by history.
