Viña Las Perdices is a family-run winery that has grown grapes in the region since the 1950's, but only began to make wine in 2004. Run by the sons of the vineyard founder, Viña Las Perdices is committed to exploring the potential of the region and especially the potential of Malbec.
Cold macerated with frequent punch-downs for 7 days, followed by 10 days of postfermentive maceration and a year in a mix of French and American oak.
