Chianti is from a small vineyard in the northern-most reaches of Chianti Classico. Refined without being delicate, this is one of the flagship wines of the producer and one of the biggest and most complex Chiantis we have ever tried.
Fermented in concrete tanks for 25 days with spontaneous yeast. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barriques for 18 months. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
