The secrets of Champagne Henry de Vaugency are passing from father to son since 1732.  Pascval Henry represents the 8th generation of winegrowers passionate by their special "terroir" of Oger and the famous chardonnay grape which makes the reputation.  The champagne eleboration follows the traditional methods: wooden press, aging in the chalk cellars and manual riddling on "pupitres".
