The wine offers bold and complex tasting notes, with ripe dark fruits like blackberry and plum, complemented by hints of spice, tobacco, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging. This Riserva is aged for a minimum of 24 months, with at least 9 months spent in oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth and structure. It pairs beautifully with hearty dishes like lamb, beef stews, or aged cheeses. Pasetti, a family-run winery, is renowned for its dedication to expressing the unique terroir of the Abruzzo region, blending tradition with innovative techniques for exceptional quality.
