Santalba are a family-run producer who have been working in the region since 1964 with a focus on sustainable farming, really high quality, low-yield grapes from old vines, and elegant oak use (they use a mix of American and French oak).

Fantastic balance of dense black fruit, spice and vanilla from the oak. Long dense finish that improves with decanting.

Great with roast birds, mushroom dishes , paella and other rice dishes.
