2 Bottles of Nebbiolo
Rocche dei Manzoni, 2018, Piedmont, Italy
A unique innovative process using a concrete egg vessel and laser toasted oak is used in the process of making this exceptionally unique candied red fruit dominant Nebbiolo. Softer, richer and much fruitier than its cousins, this wine is a great glimpse at the innovative side of Italian wine.
