Production of Bolgheri DOC wine is permitted within the appellation’s territory that coincides with the political boundaries of the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci in the province of Livorno.

“Pean” (pèana) is a hymn to Apollo, god of the Sun,taken from a poem by Gabriele D’Annunzio. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc. 100% malolactic aging at least 12 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux (from Bordeaux and Burgundy), then at least 12 months in bottle. Notes of ripe red fruits, mushrooms, spices and cocoa. Intense ruby red colour. In the mouth, fresh and exuberant, with a good structure and elegant tannins.

1 bottle Bolgheri Superiore DOC "Tam", 2018, BATZELLA, TUSCANY, ITALY
“Tam” is a Vietnamese word that means “passion”. The label depicts the Chinese ideogram to define this word. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barriques and then at least 18 months in the bottle. Notes of ripe black fruits (blackberries), underbush, smoke, mint, and licorice. Deep ruby-red colour. In the mouth it has good structure and concentration with balanced and elegant tannins and a long finish.
