50% Barbera, 50% Nebbiolo. Aged in small oak barrels for 15-18 months, then in bottle for 10-12 months. Varietal scent and aroma of ripe fruit, blackberry, raspberry and red cherry framing to the slightly fragrance of vanilla. The explosion comes in the mouth, where it is open, full-bodied, velvety and all-embracing. The savour and elegance of the two varietals combine excellently and appear at their best expression; the pleasantness of an unforgettable taste. Pairs well with pork, game and

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc. From an Eco-Sustainable farm in Cecina Valley Tuscany. This ancient, rediscovered Mediterranean vineyard is comprised of exceptionally old vines. Destemming without pressing, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in barrique, 4 months in concrete vats, minimum 12 months in bottle. Intense ruby colour. Scents of sour cherry with marked balsamic notes. Elegant and sapid taste with aromas of ripe fruits and a spicy, complex, long finish. Tuscan cured meats and crostini, pasta with meat sauce, Chianina T-bone steak, meat and game stews, seasoned pecorino cheese.

100% Aglianico. Sorting of the grains and whole grain maceration, with manual punching down, fermentation for about 30 days. Refined in 18hl French oak barrels, further refinement in the bottle. Very elegant and long on the palate, with noble tannins and gustatory complexity, an aristocratic wine with a long and glorious aging. Pairs well with aged Aurrichio Provolone, as well as Cheese Boutique house made brisket.
