Vines are over 60 years old at an altitude between 270 – 430m and grown in pink granite sand. Another great addition to any chicken or turkey-based dish, this wine offers notes of black cherries and spices with beautiful silky tannins.

Grapes pressed with a 4000 kg wine press which operates according to very strict regulations established by the Champagne region. The winemakers behind this wine are very attached to traditional methods throughout the entire production of the Champagne. Golden colour with straw hues. Yellow fruits, light citrus and candied fruits on the nose. Vivacious, hint of yellow fruits, great length and well-balanced taste.
