Respecting what nature offers, they cultivate according to tradition with sapling vines. They don not irrigate, following the rhythms of nature and letting the vines find their own balance. They have always kept the sacredness of the harvest unchanged. Grapes are collected by hand with the rituality of a gesture handed down by history. Their wines contain the essence of the land, the sounds of nature and the intensity of the colours of Sicily. Each Gulfi wine hides a precise personality, capable of awakening all our senses.
The grapes are harvested in late August for Chardonnay and in mid-Semptember for Carricante. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged in steel in its own yeasts and from the spring following the harvest for a few months in the bottle.
