Description
Respecting what nature offers, they cultivate according to tradition with sapling vines. They do not irrigate, following the rhythms of nature and letting the vines find their own balance. They have always kept the sacredness of the harvest unchanged. Grapes are collected by hand with the rituality of a gesture handed down by history. Their wines contain the essence of the land, the sounds of nature and the intensity of the colours of Sicily. Each Gulfi wine hides a precise personality, capable of awakening all our senses.
This wine is a classic representation of Nero d'Avola from high elevation.
The grapes are harvested after mid-September, are vinified with with a short maceration at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine is bottled and released on the market after a few months of refinement in the bottle.
