They have always kept the sacredness of the harvest unchanged. Grapes are collected by hand with the rituality of a gesture handed down by history. Their wines contain the essence of the land, the sounds of nature and the intensity of the colours of Sicily. Each Gulfi wine hides a precise personality, capable of awakening all our senses.
This wine is a classic representation of Nero d'Avola from high elevation.
The grapes are harvested after mid-September, are vinified with with a short maceration at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine is bottled and released on the market after a few months of refinement in the bottle.
