Description
In 1936, Mattia Vezzola Sr. purchased his first vineyards in Moniga in the “Costa” locality, an area known for its Rosé wines, and where the first Costaripa winery would be built 60 years later. Over the years, the winery would continue to develop and the Rosamara we know today would be born in 1984.
Renowned Italian producer Costaripa in the very north of Italy’s Lago di Garda region, this family has tended to the famed Rosé vineyards since 1928 with passion and love to create one of Italy’s most famous Rosé wines. These vineyards are located at the most North western points of Italy but benefit from a Mediterranean micro climate. Citrus tree, palm trees and nut trees all grow on the property.
