Description
The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.
Soft-pressed and subsequent static decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Aged 2 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in the bottle.
