The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.

In the mouth it's soft with delicate tannins, good structure and persistence.

Pasta with tomato sauce, lamb, sheep, beef, pork and mild-seasoned cheeses.
