Description
The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.
Red vinification with a skin contact for 10-15 days. Fermentation occurs with selected yeasts at low temperature. Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. Wine aged in steel tanks, then in oak barrels for 4 months.
