Azienda Agricola Spadafora cultivates all the vineyards in the area surrounding the cellar, using their own grapes exclusively that, at the right ripening stage, will be used to give birth to their own wines. They cultivate grapes according to the organic standards; winemaking without sulphur dioxide. They use indigenous yeasts, made with the same grapes they use for their wines. Their green approach is not just about the vineyard: they use alternative clean energies, light glasses for their bottles and organic corks. Their wines are stored and refined in bottle.
The bouquet is rich, intense and fruity.
