Intense ruby-red colour.

Hints of sour berries, currant and blackberries, along with hints shades of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper on the nose.

The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.

Soft, with elegant and mature tannins. Excellent structure and persistence.

Pairs well with structured first courses with tomato sauce, timballo, wild boar, red meats and seasoned cheese.
