Description
Deep ruby robe with a whole forest of red and black berrie on the nose. Lovely texture from the midpalate to the soft tannins of the finish really make this wine stand out, alongside the lovely boisenberry palate. Grapes from the hills of Castello di Buttrio are destemmed and macerated for three weeks with periodic pump-overs before being aged in a mix of stainless steel and second-use mid-toast oak barrels.
