Production Area:

Giuseppe Castiglioni bought a single hectare of vineyard in Tuscany in 1974. His dream was to make elegant and rich wines from the native Sangiovese grapes among others. His son would convert the estate to organic viticulture in 1988. The estate now spans over 100 hectares of vineyards with their commitment to continue creating extraordinary wines.

On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced with very finely-textured tannins and good acidity. The flavours stay persistant and long, pleasantly tightening up on the finish.
