Description

With 5 generations of experience, the Zannoni arrived at La Fortuna in 1907. The entire complex has been designed in such a way to preserve the original beauty of the renovated Tuscan farmhouse and to respect the tradition while adapting to the new needs of winemaking. Thermo-conditioned and unleavened fermentation for 8 days. 25 days spent on skins. Aged 40 months in Slavonian oak barrels, then another 9 months in bottle before going out to market

Tastes of black truffle, violet, licorice and plum. Rich alcoholic content, wide tannin, initially velvety, then ending a bit dry. Medium-bodied, with a long aromatic persistence.
