2016 Brunello di Montalcino (Poggiarellino)

Poggiarellino Farm is located in a pleasant and peaceful corner of the Senese countryside. The farm extends to about thirty acres, with much of it dedicated to the Brunello vines. Changning with the agricultural techniques of the last 100 years, Poggiarellino has been dedicated to the production of genuine, high-standard products.  The Sangiovese vines are taken care of in a traditional manner. The grapes go through two selection processes, while yielding small amounts of wine, results in a high quality wine. Aged four-and-a-half years in oak barrels medium average.
