This week we spent some time in the company of Isle of Harris distiller, Norman Ian Mackay.

Now, we have previously interviewed the distillery’s most-amiable Simon Erlanger, but this time I was determined to discover EXACTLY what makes that particular gin so damn special and, dare-I-say, moreish; I swear I have a serious weakness for its saline charms…
