The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.

A warm and full-bodied wine with elegant tannins, good structure and persistence. It can be appreciated after several years.

Lasagna, first courses with tomato sauce, "arrosticini" (typical sheep meat from Abruzzo), braised meats, wild game, herbal and seasoned cheeses.
