Opens with a creamy texture and beautiful acidity. Next come sweeter notes of fresh cakes, orchard fruit (pear and apple), citrus, and hints of sweet pastry and vanilla. It has a long finish, featuring notes reminiscent of a lemon tart.
The Caviar
A 50gr tin of Osetra caviar (perfect for four guests) with all the accoutrements you need, including:
- A package of blini
- A caviar key (to open the tin)
- A mother of pearl caviar spoon, which you can use for soft boiled eggs after you finish the caviar!

We are pleased to introduce our next Charlie's Burgers wine and food feature: a package themed around one of our favourite luxury pairings: Caviar and Champagne. We wanted this package to truly be a celebration of the best of the best, so we sourced what we believe is one of the top caviars: Majestic Caviar.
Majestic source from one of the largest Russian Sturgeon farms (Russian Sturgeon is the name of the fish, our caviar is not made in Russia), with the highest standards for production, which is why their caviar is served at The French Laundry in Napa, every Alain Ducasse restaurant, Le Bernardin in New York, and nearly every Michelin three star in Paris. Creamy and opulent in texture, this Osetra caviar is fresh, unpasteurized and cured in the more refined “Malossol” (less salty) style.
