2018 Bolgheri Superiore DOC "Tam"

Deep ruby-red colour.

The nose has notes of ripe black fruits (blackberries), underbush, smoke, mint, and licorice.

Production of Bolgheri DOC wines is permitted within the appellation’s territory that coincides with the political boundaries of the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci in the province of Livorno, with the exception of the stretch of coastline west of Via Aurelia.

In the mouth it has good structure and concentration with balanced and elegant tannins and a long finish.

Excellent with grilled reed meats, game and wild boar dishes, as well as aged cheeses.
